View All Events

To view all events in the calendar, click Events on the left-side menu.

You will arrive at the Events page.

Mousing over a recurring event will open up options on which iteration(s) of the event you want to edit:

  • Edit All: Edit the entire series of events, from start to finish.
  • Edit Single: Edit a single iteration of an event. (ex: one weekly meeting is moved to Wednesday)
  • Edit Upcoming: Edit all events that have not taken place yet in the series (ex: from now on, weekly meetings are moved to Wednesday)

Edit an Event

Clicking on a calendar event from the Events page will open the editor interface.

The layout and options are similar to adding an event from the frontend, but there are two major changes:

  • There are more options and permissions available for editing the event description.
  • You can change the Owner of the event at the bottom of the editor.

When you are finished editing the listing, click the blue Update button at the top-right.

Manage Users

Click Users on the right-hand menu to access a list of users. Their email addresses are listed.

Edit Calendar Categories

To view the calendar categories, go to Directory > Categories on the left-side menu.

This will display a list of the calendar categories. Click on the categories to edit them, or fill out the form and click Add Category to add a new one.

View All Directory and Volunteer Listings

To view the directory listings, click Directory on the left-side menu. For volunteer listings, click Volunteer.

By hovering your mouse over a listings name, you can view, edit, or delete that listing. You can also perform Bulk Actions to move groups of listings to the trash or assign a category to a group of listings.

Sort through events by category, miscellaneous options, or using the upper-right textbox. Then click Filter.

Edit a Directory or Volunteer Listing

Clicking on a directory or volunteer listing from the Listing page will open the editor interface.

The layout and options are similar to adding a listing from the frontend, but there are two major changes:

  • There are more options and permissions available for editing the Listing Description.
  • You can change the Owner of the listing and the date the listing was published.

Scrolling further down will revealother options from the frontend, like social media accounts and image uploading.

When you are finished editing the listing, click the blue Update button at the top-right.

Edit Directory or Volunteer Categories

To view the directory categories, go to Directory > Categories on the left-side menu. For volunteer categories. Go to Volunteer > Categories.

This will display a list of the directory categories. Click on the categories to edit them, or click Add Category to add a new one.

When you are finished editing a category, click the blue Update button on the upper left, or Publish if you are creating a new one.
