Google Analytics Guide

Logging into Google Analytics

Go to analytics.google.com.

If you’re not already signed in, sign into your Google account. If you are signed in and need to change users, click the circular icon at the top right of the page and select Add an Account or Sign Out, so you can sign into the right account.

If you only have one site on your Google Analytics account, you should see your website above All Website Data. For example, in the image below, it shows as All Accounts > Rural Klamath Connects.

If you need to switch websites, click All Website Data. It will show an in-site popup that will look like the image below:

The window is split into three different sections. To open a different website, click on the relevant Analytics Account, then the Properties and Apps, then the corresponding item under Views.

For example, in the above screenshot, the Analytics Account and the Property is called “Rural Klamath Connects.” So to find the website’s analytics information, make sure both are highlighted, then click All Website Data. (the names and locations of analytics accounts/properties/etc are subject to change, but the rules will still be the same)

Right after you log in and/or select your analytics account, you’ll arrive at Google Analytics Home. On the left side of the screen is the menu. You will be navigating this menu in order to report your analytics data once per quarter.
